Frequently Asked Questions
-
Q: Should I choose the 12x12 or the 12x24 size?
-
A: If you are sheltering a single horse or working within a standard tight pen layout, the 12x12 horse shelter is incredibly efficient. If you have two or more horses sharing a pasture, or want extra room to keep hay dry on one side, we highly recommend upgrading to the 12x24 horse cover layout.
-
-
Q: Are these sizes modular? Can I expand a 12x12 later?
-
A: Yes! You will just need to order the 25ft-length Z-purlin trusses and some extra roof panels. Or you can add-on another 12x12 shelter in a side-by-side configuration.
-
-
Q: Will these horse shelters blow away in the wind?
-
A: Nope! All of our horse shelters come with our ground anchors. Watch the YouTube video below to see how these anchors work.
