Picked up our 12x24 shelter in Norco. We dropped our trailer at their yard and came back in the morning to find it expertly loaded! Strapped it down and drove 650 miles home to UT. Three men put it together in 4 hours and everything fit and went together perfectly. Its heavy duty and sturdy. I expect our horses will enjoy it for decades. Couldn't have been a better experience.
Fast delivery and easy to set up. Very well made materials and super sturdy.
These are great panels, much more heavy duty than most on the Market. And the guys at SoCal are great to work with.

I ordered the 1 7/8” wood to pipe clamps because in southern Arizona we have open corrals with shades, sometimes called mare motels. These serve better than barns in our heat because breezes can move through at night cooling better than an enclosed space. But we also have herds of a pig-like animal (not closely related) called javelinas or Collared peccary. These guys look cute but can be quite dangerous especially with food around. They love alfalfa and grain. While most of my horses eat Bermuda grass hay that the javelina don’t care for I have a 30 year old mare with few molars and a slow appetite. The javelinas were eating more of her food than she was and when they would come in they’d scoot under the fence rails and she would retreat to the back of her corral leaving them to plunder her food. We ordered the clamps and I bought, cut, and sealed wood boards to block them out if her corral. It worked so well that the javelinas tried digging under two nights, failed both times and gave up. Leaving her to eat in peace. After that worked so well I ordered more clamps and bought more boards to keep them out of the rest of our corrals. Each time that I ordered the clamps were made very quickly and delivered promptly. The quality is excellent. I highly recommend them!
These guys are great!! Answered any questions I asked with prompt responses. The shelter is at a very reasonable price. Delivery was as promised with updates about exact delivery time. Very well built, quality product with easy directions to follow. Highly recommend SoCal Fence and Barn!!! I plan to purchase more products from Aaron and David. I feel lucky to have found such responsible professionals.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a fencing company. Communication was above and beyond and their care and attention to detail is amazing. These are nice heavy duty panels and even when my mates decide to go full dragon on each other, there’s barely a flinch from the fencing. Super happy!! Would recommend over and over again to anyone looking at sprucing up their stalls a bit.
These guys are very organized, respectful, I bought my round 40’ pen and 12x24 stall from them , good heavy solid materials, they gave me all the necessary items required to put it together, they make it really easy so anyone can do it . Their only downside is that their materials are such great quality they are in high demand so I had to wait a few days to get my round pen but worth the wait !

Convenience ordering on line. Needed the round pen right away. Pick up was convenient and installation was easy. I like the powder coating vs. bare metal. Would recommend to others.

Aaron was such a great guy to work with! I received a call when my round pen was ready for pickup. The logistics of getting to our house necessitated him holding onto it for an extra week and he never hassled me or requested I pay before picking it up. Aaron was such a really nice guy , he even helped to load it into our truck. I would highly recommend working with him and this company should you need pipe stalls or other pipe panels.

We got our 6stall mare motel delivered to SE Texas and boy it’s amazing! From the customer service to the quality of the barn is 10/10! Aaron was amazing to work with and the barn was very simple to assemble. We had 90mph winds blow through and it didn’t make a dent. Highly recommend

Extremely happy with SoCal Fence and Barn! Their panels are solid and very easy to set up. Pick up was fast and they were very helpful and friendly. You can tell they care about the quality of their products and customers. Will definitely go back for more stalls when we’re ready to add on. Also, love that they’re family owned/ run. 10/10 would recommend them.

Good mare motel for the money! Went with the plain steel finish option. We had some weather right after we put it up. The storm brought some snow and a lot of wind. No leaks from the snow and it held up to some pretty powerful wind gusts. I will likely order some more stalls from SoCal Fence and Barn for other projects on our ranch.

The fencing was delivered right on time. It only took our two ranch managers about two hours to have it up and running. Material is sturdy and attractive, love having 5 rails for safety reasons. We highly recommend So Cal Fence & Barn.

It has been great quality is good easy to put up. Only bad thing is when they delivered the guy didn't help unload. I had a friend meet the guy here. He unloaded by his self!!! Besides that everything else was good.
