Order Refund & Inspection Policy
*NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS AFTER 24-HOURS FROM TIME OF PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS*
Buyers have 24 hours from the time of delivery or the day of pickup to inspect their order for any of the following:

Damage

Defects
-
Missing items
Note: Powder-coated products may occasionally arrive with minor scratches, scuffs, or blemishes due to handling during loading and transport. If needed, we’re happy to provide spray cans of matching touch-up paint upon request.
To report an issue, please contact us within the 24-hour window by:

Emailing us with your order number

Including clear photos of the problem
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Buyers can cancel their orders within 24-hours after placing the order. Some items are subject to a 70% restocking fee. *TRANSACTION CARD FEE'S ARE NOT REFUNDABLE*
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it could take up to 5-7 business days for your funds to return to your bank account or credit card balance.
If a cash refund is needed, you must allow us to issue a check in the mail which could cause longer handling time.
