This massive Mare Motel kit has 8-stalls that are each 48x82 in size and the breezeway/alleyway is 15ft wide. Each of the horse stalls have a 12ft overhang cover that gives your horses plenty of protection from cold rain and the hot sun.
This Mare Motel comes as a kit with each and every piece you will need to build a Giant Mare Motel for your horse ranch. This kit also includes every piece of hardware that you will need!
The larger breezeway allows for plenty of space to move multiple horses around at the same time and it also give plenty of space to drive farm vehicles up and down the alleyway for feeding.
The spacious 48x82 Stalls gives your horses tons of extra space to enjoy when they are not feeding underneath the covered-portion of the horse stall.
You might be shocked to learn that this Giant, Massive Mare Motel only took 2 men about 4 or 5 days fully installed and ready for use.
This entire Mare Motel kit was delivered on a single 40ft gooseneck trailer!
Most contractors or ranch handyman services who are familiar and experienced with building horse corrals can install this kit for you. If in the event you are not able to find help with installation, we do have a few guys from our factory than can give you a quote on installation. And yes, they even travel out of state!
