This is our premium DIY mare motel which has Four 12x12 stalls that are fully covered and a 12ft wide breezeway in the middle. Available in bare metal/rustic or power coated. 

Color: Choose from bare metal/rustic or powder coated which is protected against rust. 

This comes with 5-rail wood insertable panels. These panels and gates will have special brackets that are pre-welded to each panel that will allow you to easily attack 2x10 wood boards to them.

Use 1-1/4" x 1/4" Lag Screws to secure the 2x10 wood boards (not included)

The bare metal/rustic option will get the same patina/surface rust as the oil pipes that most working ranches use. If you don't like the rustic-look, you should go with our powder coated option that won't rust.

Will This Mare Motel Blow Away In The Wind?

No! All of our Mare Motels and Shelter Kits will come with our special Ground Posts that you can cement into the ground. These ground-posts will get bolted to the very bottom rail of each shelter panel. You can easily unbolt these ground-posts at anytime so these are not considered to be permanently attached or concreted into the ground which can save you some hassle if you need to pull a permit.
